Free 2-Month Trial Keys: The free Analytics Dashboard Key issued on this website is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. It activates Pro features (the analytics dashboard and related functionality) on one WordPress domain at a time. It is provided free of charge as a launch promotion and may be discontinued at any time.
Paid Subscriptions: Paid license keys are billed monthly or annually as stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
One Domain Per Key: Each license key activates on one live domain at a time unless your plan explicitly states otherwise (e.g., Agency plan). You may deactivate a key from one domain and activate it on another, but simultaneous multi-domain use is not permitted under standard plans.
Key Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke a license key if it is shared, resold, used in violation of these Terms, or if a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days.

Both the WinaltChat and WinaltChat Pro plugins require WooCommerce to be installed and active. Winalt Technologies is not affiliated with WooCommerce or Automattic. You are responsible for ensuring your WordPress and WooCommerce installations are up to date and secure.
All code, designs, documentation, and content associated with WinaltChat and WinaltChat Pro are the intellectual property of Winalt Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on authorized domains in accordance with your plan. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Generally, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the plugin cannot be made to work on your site after contacting our support team. Free trial keys are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
The WinaltChat and WinaltChat Pro plugins are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee that the AI responses generated (whether by Basic AI mode or Real AI mode) will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winalt Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of customers, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Winalt Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our products in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any content or data you process through the plugins.
Your use of our website and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our products or services at any time with or without notice. We will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice for significant discontinuations affecting paid subscribers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winalt Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
